Holiday Gift Guide: Gifts for Her

It’s December, which means the year is pretty much over. It also means to get your ish together and start your holiday shopping if you haven’t already. Today I thought I would put together some of my favorite gift ideas to buy the fly woman in your life. I’ll work on the gift for men later. Ladies first. Wink Wink…

Sweaters- Imagine all the different outfits you can put together with a great sweater. Sweaters are a perfect gift because they can be dressed up for a fun night out or worn more casual with some cute sneakers and leggings to your next Target run. Just make sure you know her style.

Bags- I’m a bag junkie. Big bags, little bags, you name it, I want it. There is nothing like opening up a fancy new purse on Christmas day. Do you hear that husbands!? If you are buying one for your gal pal, I don’t expect you to pick up a bag from Chanel (but if you are, can we be friends?) try places like H&M, Zara or ASOS. They have some cute affordable bags just waiting for a new home.

Lipstick- Get that girl poppin with a new shade, especially one from her favorite designer. It’s a great gift for someone who won’t splurge on that 40 dollar goodness.

Pajama Sets- This is a gift I look forward to every year. I am terrible at buying myself Pjs because I just sleep in husbands shirts. I always say I’m going to do better but never do, so when I get them as a gift I’m very excited.

Gift Cards- Look I know, it's not personal BUT look at it this way, you are 100% certain she will buy what she wants and you don’t have to worry about making sure to include a gift receipt. I personally love gift cards. If you want to make it cute, just add a little something to it. If you are giving a Starbucks card, add it to a fun little mug. Or if you’re giving a store card like Saks, T.J.Maxx,Target,etc add it to a cute pair of cozy socks with a personal note.
